BridgeOpsOne provides an AI-assisted operational communication service for infrastructure and incident management teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the BridgeOpsOne Chrome extension, website, and Academy.

2. Information We Collect

• Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Operational content you submit. Text you paste or enter may be sent to our servers to generate communication updates.
• Generated outputs. We process your requests to return AI-generated operational updates.
• Account and usage data. We store plan information, monthly generation counts, and account identifiers.
• Local browser storage. The extension may store incidents, timelines, settings, and related data on your device.
• Academy and simulator activity. If you use BridgeOpsOne Academy with Google sign-in, we may store training progress, scores, and related account activity.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, provide AI-assisted communication features, enforce usage limits, maintain security, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. AI Processing

Operational text submitted in Cloud Mode is processed by our backend and trusted AI service providers solely to generate the communication output you request. We do not use customer content to train public AI models unless we separately disclose that practice and obtain consent.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service. These may include:

• Google — for authentication
• Cloud hosting providers — for our API
• Firebase and Google Cloud — for account and usage storage
• OpenAI — for AI text generation

6. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information except with service providers that help us operate the service, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction or consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and usage information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete locally stored extension data from Settings. You may contact us to request deletion of account data linked to your email address.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, authentication, access controls, and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your Choices

• You may sign out of the extension at any time.
• You may delete local extension data from Settings.
• You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data associated with your email address.

10. Children

BridgeOpsOne is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the Last updated date when changes are made.
